The vintage :
The 2019 vintage started with a rainy winter. The rain continued until the beginning of spring, which was rather warm. The warmth persisted until summer, which was particularly hot with a peak of 43°C at the end of June. The early rains of the year and the deep rooting in the limestone soils give a balanced and fresh vintage despite the heat.
