Tasting Notes

Have been travelling to St Remy de Provence for over 20 years, when we lived in Europe. The 2011 is superb, and tastes like an aged Meursalt.

Rich, oily, quite thick and dense with notes of marzipan. Weighty and long, it reminds me of a top White Hermitage.
