Tasting :
This wine has a golden yellow robe with green reflections. The intense, fresh, elegant nose offers fragrances of peach, mirabelle plum, and broom. With a little time in the glass, we find mineral and iodine notes given by the limestone soil. The palate is elegant, creamy, and fresh, this beautiful balance lingers for a long time in the mouth to offer us pleasure.
