The vintage :
For several years, there has been no rainfall in the summer. However, in 2021 we had 20 mm in July and 25 mm in August, light rains but beneficial for the vineyard. One of the coolest summers in recent years: Average temperature of 24°C in July and August compared to 27°C in 2022.
Harvest :
Start of the harvest with the Chardonnay and the first Muscat grapes on August 23.
End of the harvest with the Clairette on September 23.
