Tasting Notes

Robe rubis clair, bord du disque légèrement irisé. Nez très complexe de fruits noirs très murs, de réglisse de venaison , de gibier, de cuir, de viande fumée ,et de pot pourri de fleurs séchées . . En bouche, attaque ample, beaucoup de fraicheur et de gourmandise néanmoins pour un vin qui a plus de 15 ans . Les arômes en bouche sont concordants avec le nez en particulier sur le coté viande fumée , avec un coté salé, le cuir, l'orange sanguine , le compost et un coté poivré en plus . Impression globale d'un grand vin...
