Tasting Notes

Robe profonde. Nez très original, où les fruits rouges laissent un peu de place à la figue, aux fruits secs. La bouche révèle une certaine fermeté et un côté austère, mais la structure s'allonge en une finale complexe et multiple, fruits compotés, épices, olives.
