End of the grape harvest with the Clairette on October 7th.

Tasting :
A wine of great freshness, pale yellow with golden reflections. A nose of freshly cut grass, white flowers, lemongrass, and honey. Bitter almond reveals itself on the palate, slightly aniseed and saffron-flavored. A wine for aging.
