Tasting :
To the eye, the robe is brilliant, quite smooth with beautiful, fatty and persistent legs. The expressive nose of white melliferous flowers, candied fruits with a slight woody note reveals itself as very complex, delicate and rich. The attack in the mouth confirms the aromatic intensity and the great maturity of the vintage, balanced by a very refreshing finish. This balance between freshness, finesse, and maturity brings to mind a great white wine for aging, but one that can be enjoyed now as it is full of qualities.
