The attack is straightforward, the aromas are the same as those perceived on the nose, accompanied by a touch of cherry eau-de-vie. The tannins are present but silky and delicate. The freshness, very present, gives liveliness and energy to the wine. The finish is balanced, suave, and dynamic.
