Tasting :
The color is intense, carmine red with violet reflections of beautiful depth. The nose, powerful and elegantly marked with ripe red and black fruits, on a background of spices such as white pepper and licorice, very characteristic of Trévallon. The palate is smooth and extends towards a finish with a very high quality of well-ripened tannins and great nobility. The balance of freshness, tannins, and richness seems to predispose this great wine to be aged for at least twenty years."
